Official TOP TEN PICK and ROTY Contest - WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Hosting is provided by the Bering Strait School District (BSSD), and the area is open all year. Care to be one of our volunteer moderators? Contact us!

Good JOB Daniel... Luck was with me this year with a top 5 finish ( I know I'm listed 6th, BUT Breeze and Maxandtuk and I all have the same score, so I figure that's a 3 way tie for 4th!!). My best GUESSING ever!! Can't wait till next year to try to better my results...sure need a Cap :roll: :roll:

CONGRATS tsfr!!!!!!!! Can't believe we had a 3 way tie for 4th...100 pts pretty awesome! I think thats my highest finish so far...cant wait for next years picks now lol.

Congrats, ThisSpace! Nice going!

I only got 60 pts, but feel pretty good because 7 of my top 10 were in the top 10 and I guessed the top rookie (basically by copying Ryan R's selection. Figured he'd know!).

9 of my 10 were in the top 23...whoda thought Baker would be 23rd?
I had Smyth in my top 10, but replaced Anderson at the last minute with Barron, who scratched.
Hey, I'm still happy with my hat from winning this a couple years ago (thanks again Mith!) :D

This was fun, looking forward to picking next year!
Can someone coax Charlie Boulding out of retirement?! :)
