This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. YIPPEE! Charlie made it in...He ran a fast finish...and even passed someone.
12th place at 11:15a.m.
Way to Go!
I am amazed by all the junior mushers...it takes a special person(teenager) to have the drive to care for dogs and maintain a training schedule. They are all champs from the back of the pack all the way to the front of the pack!!!!
