Hi Mith!
The dead line for "F24" will be set within the next day or two.
It will be some time after the race starts.
I'm looking for input for the dead line.
Here's my thinking.
To make it a closer contest, we give people a chance to see the dogs and to watch the race for a check point or 2, and read all the up dates from you guys going to the race (and ya'all beter not hold back anthing, or there will be a no brownie fine I'm sure!) plus it give us time to make sure all the "World Wide TTP ROTY" picks are correct. And lets not forget the weather :o good or bad.

I was thinking after the first musher left Skwentna, or maybe after the first 10 mushers left.
What do you think?

WELL, that gives time for an awful lot of info....is that what you truly want? I'm pretty neutral on the cut off time.....I never win anything, anyways ;)  I just play for the fun of it....but if you're more of a serious competetor....well, like I said, that's alot of info.....could give a savy FANatic an advantage..... :| ?

Sorry foggy brain, what have we done in the past?....geesh I miss all our old info.... ......I think you should put it to a vote...see what everyone wants.....and go somewhere inbetween what everyone says. ;) Just my humble opinion ;) :D :D

Well, I don't mind being the one to give the opening bets, regardless of any dead-line.

I think your idea of the cut-off being when the first musher leaves Skwentna is a good one. We don't have much time.

To make this simple to follow. ALL PICKS ARE FINAL when the first musher pulls out of Skwentna (dang...I spelled that right before I looked). Editing will be cut off at that point. If anyone disagrees please PM me.

I can't count correctly, even using my fingers. Do I need to re-post my amended guess later in this thread? Just to be safe, I probably should and will.
