FLYING SEATAC to ANC soon? ?

There is a Gordon Setter that needs to get from SEATAC to Anchorage . All he needs is a person going that way , one way , to declare him as excess baggage on their ticket .
Rescue/breeder/Foster will cover all costs / crate/ drop and retrieve.
