Need Positive Thoughts

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Need Positive Thoughts

Postby flowerpower » Sun Mar 09, 2008 9:07 am

Need positive thoughts everyone-my hubby just rushed off to the ER with my little basset, Opie. She wouldn't eat this morning (very unusual for a basset) and yelped in pain when I touched her belly. Oh dear, I am sooo worried.....

We just finished a long walk and a bowl of kibble before I found your message. I'm so sorry Opie's not feeling well and I hope a diagnosis comes quickly so you'll at least know what you're dealing with. The girls are calm and tired now, so I'll smooch them for Opie and we'll send calm puppy-vibes back your way...
