Live Front Street Flash Stream - IditaProject SBT Coverage!

Postby dhargraves » Mon Mar 10, 2008 3:31 am

Hello,

The BSSD Student Broadcasting Team has a crew of six students, Chick, Randy and Amanda on Front Street....1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. is the next segment.

We will provide live streaming coverage of musher arrivals, as they happen, with sound. In addition, students are hoping for interviews in the chute, and at the reception press pool.

Note: This is a completely different view than the other cams, and is a camera on a tripod following the action literally from the street a few hundred yards BEFORE the finish, but after they come up off the ice. This is the part you DON'T see as they approach the burled arch itself.

Audio will be turned up as the action warrants. The initial stream will be muted while the crew moves equipment and runs wires

Regards,

Johncn

Some non-BSSD forum members in Norway want to send e-mail to the BSSD project - which e-mail adress shall I provide them?

this is amazing...we watched with anticipation...and when everyone cheered as rick pulled in...well lets just say we need a mop to wipe up the tears of joy.

thanks for making this adventure so real for keegan, rohnan and i...as we wait to head up to nome to greet rick under the burl arch!

words just can't say how much this means to us!

thank you!

The various times of the posts are confusing to me. Will this be live for the winner's arrival?
