REPORT FRoM FRONT sTReeT!

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Hosting is provided by the Bering Strait School District (BSSD), and the area is open all year. Care to be one of our volunteer moderators? Contact us!

crowd is smoking (winstons?)
wife is exhausted from f5ing the gps tracker
hardest iditarod lance has done (wife interview)
Lance stops on sea ice to change leader (one that leads through crowds)
wow dogs tails are wagging on the race they know when the end is near

done it for 2nd consecutive few have won back to back
passionate musher always has a million things to say
checking sled lance give dog treats
hugs handler
wheel dog is frightened of attention
