Yep, I wrote it. I'd heard the original a few times last week and just started fiddling with it. "'I want a team of Husky dogs for Christmas'...nah, too generic. But...'I want a team of Malamutes for Christmas' would work! 'I want a team of Malamutes for Christmas...'" And a song was born.
