2017 Iditarod, furthest to 24h, RESULTS are in

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Hosting is provided by the Bering Strait School District (BSSD), and the area is open all year. Care to be one of our volunteer moderators? Contact us!

Looks like Aliy and Joar has left Manley, closing this topic. Good luck everyone, wonder if anyone will be close this year.

This year we had 0 guessing the correct musher (Mitch Seavey).
We had 9 picking the correct chekpoint (Huslia).
We had actually three people who were within the hour on the time! (2017-03-09 20:18:00).

Actually we have a tie! Between Moose, Luna and COHusky! Congratulations!
And I Moose deserves an extra applause for being only six minutes from the correct time. That's really impressive!

Moose 22 (cp, time)
Luna 22 (cp, time)
COHusky 22 (cp, time)
mira 19 (cp, time)
txbennett 18 (cp, time)

Oh, wow. Just checking in. Had no idea. Just goes to show that a WAG is better than no guess at all? Congratulations to the co-winners and to everyone who participated.
Wag more, bark less.
