Aliy teamed up with an organization working to end domestic violence in Alaska, especially in the native villages. They have a map of the Iditarod with all of this year's checkpoints and are encouraging people to take selfies with Aliy at each one - they will post the best on that above page - should be fun - hope it doesn't cost Aliy too much checkpoint time!
Great way for Aliy to turn her terrible experience into something positive!
