PRIZE DONATION FOR TOP TEN TOP 3 PROGNOSTICATORS.
Posted: Wed Mar 08, 2017 8:18 amI was delighted to see that $50 from patch money would be donated to a musher in the Top Ten winner's name. But I was disappointed to see that no prizes were allocated for the top guesser, nor the 2nd and third place winners.
So I would like to donate the following Trent Herbst pieces that I will mail out to the top three prognosticators.
First Prize for the winner is three pieces consisting of Trail Mail chachet carried and signed by Trent from 2012 race, in which he finished 37th. Also included is a 2012 handler arm band and 2012 volunteer ID badge and lanyard. These items came to me direct from the fellow who wore them both and handled dogs at start for Trent in 2012. (Arm band is perfect for sending to Trent, or any mushers, to be signed).
2nd prize is trail mail cachet carried and signed by Trent in 2010 Iditarod, where Trent finished 49th.
3rd prize is Trail Mail Cachet carried and signed by Trent in 2011 Iditarod, where Trent finished 25th.
