Looks like that may have held true for Jessie and Michelle, but Nic's time was faster than Mitch by over an hour.

Nic didn't rest on the way to Huslia. Mitch rested. If you subtract Mitch's rest time (2h 24m) from his overall time (12:01) you realize that Mitch actually has an hour faster run time. 9h 37m compared to 10h 41m. Plus he didn't overextend his team and they rested over two hours on straw in the mid day which is a dog's natural nap time.

ok, now it showes him stopped. 0647 unofficial. That gives him a run time of about 13 hours. He ran straight thru the night without any long rest stops. He rested his team for 6.5 hours in Galena, more than anyone else, undoubtedly preparing them for this long run and anticipating his 24 in Huslia. I've been very pleased with how he has been running his team. He has been very meticulous about shutting his team down during the middle of the day for naptime so the only flaw I can see in his plan is that he will be getting back on the trail after his 24 at about 7am which will make it a little tricky getting back on schedule with the dog's circadian rhythms. Good Job Jason!

Jason's Huslia inbound stats from log #177 :

6 Jason Mackey 64 Huslia 3/10 06:33:00 Dogs in: 15 Time Enroute: 12h 58m Speed: 6.32

I think John Baker pulled in shortly after Jason at 8:45 am AK time ..waiting for new log updates to reflect his arrival

another team pulled in at 7:14 am AK time ..until updates are posted in logs, I'm guessing Katherine since I don't have Insider video or tracker

Jessie and Michelle left Galena together. They ran together and camped together each resting 4 hours. On the second half of the trail Jessie pulled away from Michelle coming into Huslia 48m faster than Michelle. Total run time for the Galena to Huslia run was 11h 11m for Jessie, 11:52 for Michelle. compare to 9:34 for Mitch and 10:41 for Nic. Ralph's total run time was 12:50.
