Land Rover Ad Seavey's Response

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Hosting is provided by the Bering Strait School District (BSSD), and the area is open all year. Care to be one of our volunteer moderators? Contact us!

Land Rover Ad Seavey's Response

Postby Di* » Thu Mar 09, 2017 2:48 pm

Not sure if this has already been talked about here but thought it was worth a repost!

Apparently last year Land Rover made a hokey ad where the macho land rover driver rescues the helpless female musher stopped by an open river crossing. So Danny Seavey posted their response, which I thought was hilarious – enjoy!

Here’s Danny’s post on their site:
We had a day off last winter, and filmed this in response to the Land Rover ad featuring a dog team. Enjoy, Danny

Di this is wonderfully funny. Thanks for posting! And good for the Seaveys for taking the time to make the 'alternative' ad. Hilarious!
