But Elim has become a black hole of trackers... no one has come out once they went in (according to the trackers).

Ray rested 5+ hours in Koyuk... it's only 45 miles from Koyuk to Elim - with Aliy, Pete, and Michelle snapping at his heels, I can't believe he's lolling about in the straw.

So, are the trackers just not updating? is there weather there? is there construction on the trail ahead so they're holding the mushers there? WHAT??

Great to see Jessie into fifth. With ALL sixteen dogs no less. I hope they are all healthy enough to go and she completes the race with her full team. There are no losers in this race, and in my book, this makes her the real winner. :D :D :D
I can only imagine how she feels.

Ray and Aliys trackers hasn't updated in 1.5 hours, but Michelle's updated 20 minutes ago so it isn't a totally black hole.

No clue Elsietee .. don't have Insider. I just assume they're feeding hearty snacks to their teams

Michele just pulled into Elim too.

Wade is almost in Golovin.

I guess the third group of chasers have decided to Koyukuk push the dogs to hard. I assume Aliy and Ray will leave soon.

The big pack is getting closer to Elim, the first group consisting of Paul, Richie and Ralph is going steady.

Still no sign of movement. I'm driving to work now, so will check in an hour + when I get there.

In the meantime, Wade is nearly to Golovin - he's crossing the first part of the bay before the spit at 7.2 mph.

Paul G is at 848, 6.7 mph; Richie at 846, 8.2 mph (Richie is noticeably faster than Paul... not sure Paul can hold him off to WM); Ralph at 844, 7.2 mph. Of those three, Richie seems to have the best speed.

And now Pete and Michelle are moving. Pete out 10:05 with 10 dogs and 1:50 rest. Michelle out 10:23, 13 dogs and 2h rest. I think that one is going to be a foot race!
