Have any of you seen these "Polar Stratospheric (Type II) Clouds", also known as Mother of Pearl clouds? They look beautiful.

I would love to see them in person some day!

perlemor we call them (is literally the same as mother of pearls).

I've seen them, unfortunately not too often, I think I saw one tiny small cloud this winter.

But I do love them... they are really gorgeous. Some years ago, hmm.. quite a few I see, we had them really strong where I live:
