Not likely to be able to make it again so I will absolutely enjoy for all of us
Great to know we'll see you here more this time. As long as I can get internet access I'll be posting. I'm staying at Lakefront so should be okay for internet. It also means easy access to comms room . . . where I will be working.
I am now . . . . wait for it ..... drum roll ... an official Iditarod volunteer
Got all my shifts arranged. Can't wait!

I was just thinking about it yesterday (abt going, not volunteering). A little apprehensive about booking a flight, in case....Fairbanks again,.. Been thinking about going for years now and just never pulled the proverbial trigger. Maybe '18,...

It's all getting a bit silly now - so I thought I'd share with you all just how silly ..... starting my days with singing along to Hobo Jim's Iditarod song. Yes, really. So I sit with coffee, click on the link below and . . . . sing along. Perfect way to start the day!
