Norwegian races, Finnmarksløpet

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Hosting is provided by the Bering Strait School District (BSSD), and the area is open all year. Care to be one of our volunteer moderators? Contact us!

I KEEP GETTING BROWSER NOT SUPPORTED AFTER ABOUT 10 SECONDS....ANYONE KNOW A WORK AROUND?? I USE SAFARI....

I'm on a Mac too. Using Firefox though - which works fine. Haven't tried Safari.

Might be a Flash issue? (Safari). Firefox is one of the fastest browsers now. Glad you are seeing it.

I'm on a Mac too, and Safari didn't work for me either. No problem with Firefox.

I've been travelling this evening, when it was time we were driving through an area known for mooses so we were both looking for them. With the amount of snow they tend to go down to the roads and we rather not meet them.

If there were some dancing in colourful dresses it might have been some sami presenting there culture.
