That's insanity. Sounds like the Dr in question is used to bullying tactics, and people caving under them. Apparently not working in this case. Go Wade!

To be fair to ITC, they didn't have any control over the guy so I can only hope that they will sever any ties with him effective immediately - or risk further disallusionment.

Iditarod just responded to our questions on Wade Marrs’ accusations against drug-testing director Morrie Craig. Will he be disciplined? TBD, race says.

They need to get their act together on drug testing. Comment was there was a trace. Did many many drug tests when I was working. False positives do happen. We always sent positives for further testing. They are probably using a type of “dip stick” to test. Definitely not the last word. If they are going to do drug testing DO IT RIGHT and out on the trail do chain of custody. This is too important to screw it up

Well, this is only one side of the story, so lets not get too excited...

Ah, I just realised if the ITC axe this Dr, then it'll bring the whole of their drug testing program into question (regardless as to if it's already in question or not ), so they're damned if they do, and damned if they don't.

The guy's a slime, either way. Regardless of if there was a positive/trace test, the blackmail aspect of "if you don't stop causing trouble from the IOFC, I'll release these results" is unconscionable.
