Hawks! and other Birds

FDF got me started on this a few years back and last year, a really tragic year in some respects, I really got interested. Big Red lost her mate Ezra last year, so did not produce any eggs. She was wooed throughout the year by a young suitor, and apparently has found him acceptable. He was recently christened "Arthur", and Big Red and Arthur now have 3 eggs. Hoping for a happier outcome this year! I also watch the Hellgate Ospreys, who also had a rough year last year. The river was high and fast and hunting was poor. All three hatchlings were lost to starvation. The camera is currently off line for replacement, but here is the link: http://cams.allaboutbirds.org/channel/27/Hellgate_Ospreys/
