Happy holidays

This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to everyone!

In Norway we cheat a bit and celebrate Christmas eve and we actually got a white Christmas (the snow might melt today though).

OOOO White Christmas Mira - lovely! No snow here in UK - maybe it's coming our way?

Trying out my new Christmas present to see what is eating the bird food from the feeder. Got a picture!

Yes I know the date is wrong! Still working on settings! Actually had a Gaze (2 or more) of the critters, but got a pic of one climbing the "squirrel proof" pole!

Well sc that's not a squirrel    so the squirrel proof pole may still be squirrel proof ;)
unless the squirrels are hiding and watching how to get around the proofing.

Quite late with my seasons greetings, but they're truly heartfelt. I hope everyone had wonderful celebrations and are now ready for a pretty amazing new year!

Great raccoon capture, SC. Is the feeder 'coon-proof too?
