I think the mushers on the trail from WM will be allowed to finish COHusky, I haven't read anything about them being withdrawn.

That's impressive..I'm kind of not surprised, the dogs were trotting but they didn't seem focused and were a bit all over the place. Of course, many are a bit confused by the people and lights, but it was early Sunday morning, it wasn't that big crowd.

I also had some luck so I watched Anja cross the line as well. Blair has also finished, only four left on trail.

I doubt they will withdraw any musher left on trail. I can't remember they have pulled the plug on any teams after they have arrived in WM, as long as the last one, Victoria, don't intend of staying way more than eight hours at WM.

It just crossed my mind, this will be the first time in some years that there are still mushers on trail during the award ceremony. It starts in 5.5 hours. Jeremy Keller is passed Safety and will most likely make it. Kristin might arrive during, but I doubt it. Cindy has 44 miles to cover. Victoria may leave WM four hours before it starts..

I guess the volunteer pot luck will have some mushers this year.

Victoria is out of WM.
Jeremy just came into chute.
Kristin Bacon a nearing Safety.
Worried about Cindy, still parked at 944, says last update was over 6 hours ago. Is she really there? Has her gps broken?

2009 and wasn't that the year they got snowed in in Nome? Gatekeeper was there, think she went to RL banquet.

2010 was year moose, JB, me, Gatekeeper and Bullwinkle went to Nome. I purposely went after the winner came in just to go to the RL banquet. Remember itc changed rules and forced mushers back on the trail to drop out? We were not pleased..

I personally think that the "Most Inspirational Musher Award" should have gone to Sarah Stokey, not someone who described his race as a "snooze and booze cruise".
