I was thinking about this myself. They usually do overtake each other from time to time, so they kind of used to that. Perhaps they have some rule that the outbound team will give way for the inbound teams? I was just thinking about.. one team passing with a couple of bitches in heat for instance and the teams is supposed to go in different direction. That could be fun
I'm very curious on how the race will be. Usually the weather plays a big part on the coast.. and sometimes up the river, of course that might happen this year as well, but most likely not that much. Now it's the stretch to Iditarod that is the big challenge trail-wise, perhaps?
