Very OT: NHL playoffs

Postby MotorWerk » Sat Apr 12, 2008 12:52 am

The playoffs are on and as a Pens fan I'm quite happy by being two up on Ottawa. I watched the game live last night - VERY exciting. Pens were up by three, but Senators fought back and even got level before local man Malone scored two to win the game. Yay!!

The only Norwegian in the playoffs, Patrick Thoresen for Flyers, took a puck to the groin and may have to remove one of his testicles  Dangerous sport, hockey.

Edit: I think I saw Mr. Breaker in the crowd, wearing a Crosby shirt, so obviously he's a Pittsburgh fan. As usual he was surrounded by scantily dressed women.

MW...

I would LOVE to see Penguins go "All they Way" ...they are over due for a cup...

My team has been in a three years slump (St Louis Blues)...

I'm watching RedWings/Nashville game right now...I know it gets old but I still very much respect the wings...

have fun... Go66Go

Gotta say I'm still a Stars fan. They haven't done much in the last few years, but I still love them!

However, I love Mario Lemeaux (sp?), so go Penguins too!

CynCyn, our Stars lost tonight, but we are still up 2-1 in this series. The Stars need to take the next game which I think is Thursday night.

The Pens are pretty much through to the second round now, I just hope they clinch it tonight - always good to have a few extra off-days on your opponents.

Yay!!! Pens are through to second round! Them Senators didn't have a chance :D

I'd love to see them give Rangers a good old spanking in the next round...
