I had such a good time last month, and sure hope I can join in tomorrow. Some dog friends are popping by this weekend. Which day depends on the weather. We've had so much rain here. And not just rain, but flooding downpours, high winds toppling trees (and a nearby barn), damaging hail, long rolling thunder, and killing (literally) lightning strikes. We're all bummed...yes, and cranky. So a dog diversion will be most welcome, but only if it dries up a bit. Ten wet, stinky dogs playing around in the house will be too much for me to endure with a smile right now.

So, if it rains, I'll be there. (Gosh, it seems I'm wishing for yet another day of rain!)

Mith, you sew? Since I don't, I was thinking about stapling my patch to something!! Did you see on another thread that I got DH a patch, but he didn't know who Larry was? Doesn't he listen to me when I provide race bulletins and updates? Geesh.

I'm glad to hear to got your Larry patch. I'm tracking the deliveries and so far the US Postal Service has done a great job. Enjoy wearing Larry and telling folks you actually met him face to fur. His legend deserves to be known and that's why I did this project.

Sit that DH of yours down and have him watch the Iditarod dvd. I hope you have either 07 or 08 or both. They are well worth the price and something a guy would love.

We'll take some of your rain here in south Texas. Dolly helped us, but we are still well below average for the year. And what's with all these tornados in the midwest and north east?! Not that we want them back, but that's stange territory for twisters. Keep dry and under cover.
