The sourdough start sounds like a hoot. (Sourdough/shot gun start….mushers hop out of their sleeping bags, put on their boots, and hitch up their team before taking off down Gunflint Lake.) Check out all the pics. Seeing as it's held in mid March, it's probably not that cold.
