Frozen Chosen 'all knowing' expertise

Postby JeanieB » Sun Mar 08, 2009 10:01 am

I know all of us over the years have enjoyed Frozen's history lessons and awesome stories, but if any of you have missed his 'top ten picks', you are missing out on his newest talent: Being able to see into the FUTURE :!: :!:

Jessie will power her way up to Shaktoolik in heavy snow, arriving shortly after L. Mackey. A storm will develop, and she, Lance, and Ramey will be stalled for a few hours on the trail to Koyuk. Realizing the situation, and learning from decades past experiences, Swenson will unhook in a blinding storm from Shak, and attempt to catch the leaders unawares. He will catch Lance and Jessie stalled on the Norton ice, and lead Jessie into Koyuk. Knowing his chances are slim (to win an unprecendented 6th Iditarod), Rick will lead and teach young Jessie on the trail to Wt. Mt. all the tricks of a Master Musher, who knows everything about running a team in a heavily competitive atmosphere, through fierce bering sea storms, and catching leaders 100 miles from the burled arch. Jessie will masterfully put her lessons to work as she out mushes Lance and Mitch 55 miles from the finish (topkok hills). in a way, her push will propel rick pass the lance and mitch duo, and she herself will save rick from a near unfortunate demise in the Safety Blowhole. If you ever experience a Last Great Race of years past, you certainly don't want to miss this one!
