Here is video of Mel at the 2006 ceremonial start. I was bumbling and stumbling with the camera as you can see (Mel effects me that way). Actually I was taking photo's and taping at the same time. Look for the part where Mel puffs out a breath of air and then suddenly turns and looks right at me, giving me what appears to be a smile, her windswept cheeks aglow . . . (Well, that's the way I perceive it! It's just before Lance Mackey comes up to greet her). It's a high point of my life!
