This is a forum for general discussion of dogsled racing, with a special focus on Alaska, and is open to all. It is expected that this area will see the most activity during the months leading up to, and during the annual Iditarod sled dog race. Pictures from races can be posted here. Make sure to go to Kale Casey Live in Facebook! He is streaming the finishes and they are archived there. I loved getting to see the press conference after Joar finished. Bad news is will be back in Willow for the banquet
. Insider can't use the excuse that there is not enough band with after what he has been doing!!!

Kales reports and live's are awesome, he is getting more coverage than itc and more followers, he knows the mushers and the questions to ask and is a lovely bloke to boot. well worth watching
