Those who get a blank screen, do you have the latest Adobe flash player?

don't have a clue - where would I look for it (semi computer illiterate here, but if you tell me what/where on the machine to look, I can go looking - thanks

Try downloading and installing this: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

If you see a blue screen just click the refresh arrow on the bottom left of the video window. They should be streaming now.

thanks I now have picture - but no sound

the stream is getting its feed from the video conference system they are talking to all the schools through. When they are ready. They will un-mute the video conference microphone and get started. You will then have audio.
